In this era of "toxic productivity," I’ve been trying to apply the "slow living" philosophy to my personal life. Instead of the quick, five-minute sessions with porn videos before bed, I’ve been trying to focus more on the build-up and the connection with my partner. We’ve found that when we do watch something, we look for content that feels more artistic or authentic. It’s moved us away from that "disposable" feeling of the internet and back toward something meaningful. How do you all slow down your digital habits to match your real-world values?

Caught this thread while looking for the "Pottery & Ceramics" sub-forum. This has to be the most "zen" discussion I’ve ever seen on this topic! It’s really interesting to see how the "Experience Economy" is affecting how we view adult media. People want memories and meaning, not just quick consumption. I’m mostly just here for the DIY tips, but this was a very thoughtful read for my lunch break. It’s a good reminder that we can find peace in almost any activity if we approach it with the right mindset. Enjoy the rest of your day!
